CrossFit class
This will be the best hour of your day! CrossFit is our most popular class. These sessions are great for any level of ability and promote overall fitness, conditioning, fat loss and strength. By limiting class numbers, our experienced trainers are able to coach each attendee on their movements and technique, a luxury rarely seen in conventional gyms.
Olympic lifting
Whether you are a complete beginner or keen weightlifter – refining your Olympic lifts in these classes will improve your overall strength, mobility and power. The Clean & Jerk and Snatch are incredible at improving daily gross motor movements such as picking up your child/grandchild. Master the lifts to make life easier.
Open gym
Classes are GREAT but occasionally a new skill pops up in classes and you just need some additional time to practise. Use these Open Gym sessions to refine your skills. One of our coaches will be supervising the session, and on hand to provide some helpful tips!
CrossFit avengers (11-16yrs)
Avengers assemble! These classes are incredibly popular amongst our 11-16yr old members. No class is ever the same which is highly effective in maintaining their motivation and enthusiasm week-on-week. During the sessions they will workout at high intensity, learn correct lifting techniques and build their self-confidence whilst making friends.
CrossFit kids (5-10yrs)
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our kid’s fitness programme, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability and confidence – unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of gymnastics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we nurture a LOVE of exercise in our youngest members and physical literacy to use in all their daily adventures. All our instructors are DBS checked.
Corporate fitness
We offer group fitness classes to companies who are passionate about improving the well-being of their staff.
