Cancellation

Sometimes life gets in the way and you need to cancel your gym membership. We’re sorry to see you go and hope that you’ll join us again in the future.

I understand this agreement may be canceled at any time by providing one full calendar months’ notice of cancellation. Following notice to cancel you will be subject to the current month’s membership fees, plus the proceeding month’s membership fee in FULL. For example, if your membership renews on the 1st November and you give notice of cancellation on the 3rd November, your last payment will be for a full month on 1st December. If the student and/or co-signer wish to cancel this agreement on the stated terms set out, they may do so by sending a 31 day written notice, delivered to Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition at least 31 days prior to the cancellation date desired by the way of registered mail, in person to or by email: Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition 388 Sykes Road, Slough Trading Estate, Slough.
